I led product design from early concepts through implementation. My brief was to modernise a mature podcast platform while protecting the workflows customers already knew.
The problem and my response
Familiar tasks. Clearer decisions.
Years of features had made everyday tasks harder to navigate. I reorganised the hierarchy of content, status and actions. Compare four workflows; the note below each screen explains the decision.

I treated starting a show and moving an existing one as two distinct decisions.
Discovery & priorities
Decide what to keep.
I mapped core workflows and component variants, using customer feedback and support tickets to prioritise friction. I consolidated repeated patterns before refining their visual language.
Design system
Make recurring behaviour predictable.
Over ten months, I replaced accumulated patterns with 80+ reusable components. I worked with engineering on states and dependencies: file selection, upload, processing and playback became one coherent component family.
New capability
Explain the insight before asking for a decision.
I designed and launched AI SEO Insights. I grouped episode quality, topic coverage and recommendations so a creator could move from a summary to an explanation. The model’s suggestions support editorial judgement; they do not replace it.
Product adoption
Show people what changed.
I carried the design into launch and tutorial videos to help people understand and use the new capabilities. Original recordings are in English.
Delivered work
A shared foundation for a growing product.
The work connected a reusable component library, redesigned workflows and a new AI capability. My contribution spanned concepts, prototypes and implementation collaboration; these are delivered outputs, not measured retention or conversion results.
